Pail fully auto production line （40）
Our 40cpm pail fully auto production line adopts the technique like roller flanging, pre curling, curling so the finished can can meet the UN can requirement, and avoid can body sinking. And Our machine installs two seaming heads to make the triple seaming overlap rate up to 70%. The whole machine adopts flexible control technique to improve the operation and adjustment. And the beading postion equipes with welding line positioning function and a V type design on mould to avoid scratching.
Working flow
Cans upright conveying - roller flanging/bottom Conical Expanding - bottom seaming - 180° turn over - Expanding- pre curling- Welding line positioning - full curling/beading- Finish.
