End Curling Machine
Our fully auto end curling machine are used to curl the outside end edge to make it 35°bending to the end center. There are three types of curling: Disc curling, Die curling, and roller curling. And it is suitable to different end shape like round end, square end,irregular end. Normally the curling machine is equiped with press to make an auto end can prodution line.

1.Single head die curling machine, dia 99mm, Max speed 150cpm;
2.Double head die curling machine, Dia 99mm, Max speed 300cpm;
3.Single channel irregular end curling machine, 1~5L retangualr end, Max 90~130cpm;
4.Double channel irregular end curling machine, 1~5L recangular end, Max 200~250cpm;
5.Single channel irregular end curling machine, 18L square end, Max speed 80cpm;
6.Dia 1.2m Mould die disc curling machine;
7.Dia 1m Mould die disc curling machine;
8.Dia 0.8m Mould die disc curling machine.
